Dear Mr. Tony Roudette,

Thank you for confirming that you have received the link for all project documentation concerning the Sapphire House in good order.
I really appreciate clear communications, so thanks for letting me know about your associate, Greg German (And indeed it is a small world J).

DELIVERABLES:
  1. Entryway                                                     EC$ (Total Amount )
  2. Expansion Kitchen-Door landing        EC$ (Total Amount)
  3. Natural Stone Stairs & Wall                  EC$ (Total Amount)
  4. BBQ area                                                     EC$ (Total Amount)
  5. Fire-pit area                                               EC$ (Total Amount)

Dear Mr. Anthony (Tony) Roudette,

Thanks for the quick response to my invitation to quote.

My plan of action is as follows;
Now that you have declared yourself willing to make a quotation for the project, I hereby send you following link:
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/n6020ztaqunj2px/AABdQNJ-k8mTGSF1h76bES2Ja?dl=0   < (this link is not live; I've already grabbed the documents out of it)

If you click on this link you will be forwarded to a website where all project documents can be found in printable PDF format (Scope of Work, 3-Dimensional Design drawings, Floor Plans, Section Views, other Detail drawings and Bills of Quantities for each key component). With all this detailed information, it should be possible to make an accurate quote and I am always willing to clarify any of your concerns, so please don’t hesitate to ask.

Once I have received all the quotes (before December 6) I select the three best quotes and these three contractors will be invited for a physical site visit and conference. If there is a need to adjust the bids as a result of this site visit and conference, only a number of days will be made available for this.

The reason why I want to do it this way is that I will be in Dominica around Christmas and New Years and appreciate getting to know the contractors personally and actually be on site for conference and site visit. So this way we can efficiently deal with matters and I have enough time left spending quality time with my in laws.

I trust that I have answered all of your questions, but please do not hesitate to come back to me if you need any further clarification.

Very Best Regards,

Wilco Brouwer
